Q: I REALLY need a job; what can I do to increase my chances?

A: Completing the application is the first and most important step! You can also reach out to the Community Desk Manager for the hall in which you hope to work, but it may not be helpful to reach out to all CDMs in all halls. This can create confusion and might make it more difficult to get hired.

Q: I applied for a CDSM job previously and was placed in the alternate pool. Will I get hired?

A: Our community desks have vacancies arise throughout the semester, so it's possible you could be contacted at any time by a Community Desk Manager to begin working. If you no longer wish to be considered for CDSM vacancies, please return to your application (colostate.erezlife.com) and "withdraw" your application.

Q: How much will I get paid if I get hired as a CDSM?

A: CDSMs are paid $8.39/hour.
